We bought a vacation package from Branson extra / 89 dollar travel. We paid 299.00 they called us the very next day and said the cabins were no longer available. They said they could issue a refund because their credit card machine was broke. They mailed me a check, well guess what! The check bounced now I am stuck with the fee%26#39;s and 299.00 gone. They will not return my calls or give me my money.Please avoid at all cost, this place is a scam

Why not take the bad check to your prosecuting attorney? Can%26#39;t hurt, and you might get your money back if they are successful prosecuting.

I agree... try taking it to small claims court. Also, be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau.
or call the credit card company and dispute the charge.
YES, BRANSON EXTRA/89 TRAVEL IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Myself and several others here right now used to work for the company.We have witnessed what you are describing on more than one occasion.Paychecks bounced all the time!! We were not paid commissions owed either!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! Let%26#39;s close them down to protect others! Contact the Attorney General for the State of Missouri to file a complaint. They will shut them down. Contact the Taney County Proc.Atty%26#39;s office with your bounced check. Good luck to you!
Call your credit card company, the will take care of it for you, including the fees. If you used a debit card talk to your bank and file a complant with the company who holds your debit card.
