Did they eliminate the Royal Express?

I%26#39;m coming down with a group from Minnesota to watch the Twins/Royals play in September and saw a post stating that they may eliminate the royal express? Is this true and if so, trying to figure out a good way to get 8 people to the stadium. Would they fit us all in one of those VAN cabs? Any help would be awesome, as we don%26#39;t have a lot of spare money. Just really want to visit KC and see the stadium.
