That was good. I got a good laugh out of it. My favorite line was: ';where my dad and I ate hot, death-free waffles. You know, just the way waffles are supposed to be made.';

Death Free Waffles. Sounds like a great name for a rock band.

What a great start to a fab writing career! The only thing missing was the boy riding the Big Wheel cruising the hallways and REDRUM on the mirrors.

Ha! Maybe it was a creative writing assignment. At any rate, it sounds like it may have been her first time staying in a hotel room by herself.
