Located right next door to the Fox theatre. My wife and I went there for dinner last night (April 2, 2009) before the Fox Theatre. Got there 6:45pm. Waiter took a long time to come to the table. Once we placed our order, every other table after us that was seated got bread and drinks promptly. I had to ask for bread from our waiter. I order the fish and chips, my wife the Bistro Steak. Fish and chips were better off ordering from Long Johns Silver. Bland and flavorless. The french fries were warm and soggy (that%26#39;s from oil not hot enough to fry the potatoes. My wife%26#39;s steak was literally put on a frying pan and browned on both sides, no other spices or flavor added. Very bland and rather tough piece of sirloin. I would not go back to there to eat. Service is so so, food is mediocre at best. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Interesting review. We ate there on the Saturday before last. The circumstances were different. We went after a concert at the Sheldon, about 10:30, so there were only a few tables filled, and no wait for service. Overall, an excellent experience. We had some mushroom flatbread a an appetizer which was delicious. My wife had some type of a vegetarian curry. It was good, but not great. There was nothing wrong with the way it was cooked, basic ingredients, or texture, so it could have been our personal taste. Maybe we are used to more spices as we eat at Indian restaurants frequently. I had the fish and chips and I thought they were some of the best I%26#39;ve had. Now, I don%26#39;t eat fish and chips alot so I can%26#39;t call myself an expert but I indulge occasionally. These were presented in a ';fake newspaper'; cone placed in a metal ringed holder. I commented to my wife that they were very well cooked, moist inside, and the batter was slightly spicy with an excellent texture.
Maybe when you went the service and kitchen were stressed as they were crowded and it was right before showtime. If so, they need to get it corrected as that is when many will want to go there and that%26#39;s when they need to get it right.

I was very hopeful about this restaurant opening up. But, I have heard so many bad reviews that I am really hesitant to give it a try.
