Zoo

My wife %26amp; I will be in St.Louis in June, for a couple of days. We were thinking of visiting the zoo.Is it a very large zoo,with a lot of walking.We are both in our 60%26#39;s. Is the zoo on level ground ,or hilly? Any help would be appreciated.

The zoo is pretty big and there is a lot to see. One part of the zoo is on a hill (The Historic Hill). They do have the Zooline Railroad with 4 or 5 stops. Buy a round trip ticket for each of you and get off at each station and explore, then hop on and go to the next station. It will reduce a lot of walking, but you will still do a decent amount at the exhibits and between them. Don%26#39;t let it scare you though- our Zoo is beautiful and the admission is free.

Yes, this is an awesome zoo! You have to see it. It is free except the parking unless you park on the street. I think they may have those battery carts for rent there...you know the ones that you ride in. Yes, there are some hills, but there are a bunch of areas without hills. You can also ride the zoo railroad roundtrip so you don%26#39;t have to walk. It is nice. You just buy a roundtrip ticket and get off at each stop and look around and then get back on and go to the next place. If you have anymore questions just ask or send me a message.
